Returns and Refund Policy

ONKE & CO NATURALS – RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Return Eligibility
Customers have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. Requests will only be reviewed where items are found to be faulty, damaged during delivery, or where an incorrect product was supplied. Returns that are not related to product defects, damage, or order errors will unfortunately not qualify for a refund or return.

Product Concerns
We encourage you to check your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any defects, damage, or incorrect items, please notify us within 7 days so that we can assess the matter and assist you accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are excluded from returns, including:

• Custom-made or personalised products.

• Products returned for reasons unrelated to quality issues, damage, or incorrect fulfilment.

If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact our support team before sending anything back.

Exchange Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer exchanges. Products that have been delivered correctly and are in good condition cannot be swapped or replaced.

Refund Approval
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and you will be informed of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or card provider.

Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused.

• It must be returned in the same condition received.

• Original packaging must be intact.

Starting a Return
To request a return, please email orders@onkeandconaturals.co.za. If your request is approved, we will provide a return label along with instructions on where to send the parcel. Any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
